I cannot imagine any better wedding to post on December 1st than one where our groom wore a snowflake tie, our bride had snowflakes in her hair, they had wedding cake that looked like a box of presents, and even Mickey and Goofy came dressed for the occasion! Enjoy the festive wedding of Allyson and TJ! <3
Allyson and TJ, thank you for letting Nate capture your day!! <3
Vanessa and Timothy met freshmen year of high school in PE class. The first interaction? Timothy walked up to Vanessa and said, “I like your shoes.”
Despite that killer first line, they could not stand each other sophomore year; constantly poking fun at each other. Junior year, they started texting and actually enjoying each other’s company. Then they started dating! Vanessa converted Timothy to the Disney side… Fast forward to them planning a Disney wedding for their 10th anniversary! <3
They had one of the most amazing wedding celebrations I’ve seen, from a Grand Floridian wedding to portraits at Wizarding World in Universal (one of my bucket list dream photo locations!!) Nate was lucky to be a small part of their adventure by being brought onboard the Disney Wish to photograph their wedding! And Ollie and I were even *luckier* because we got to come along and make a little family vacation out of it. :)
We also had a first for us- since Vanessa and Timothy only hired Nate to shoot their onboard ceremony and knew Ollie and I were tagging along, they *insisted* we come to their wedding as guests!!! Ollie *still* talks about this, and anytime he sees us editing a wedding, he asks if it’s Vanessa and Timothy! He loved the fancy sparkly blue drink, watching them “put on jewelry and kiss” at the wedding, and it was one of the most fun memories for us as a family; he’s never been able to see us work and I loved showing him what we get to do!!
Yes this photo is precious but check out the stud muffin in the pink bow tie in the background!!
Omg wedding Ollie maaaaaay just be the best Ollie.
I know it’s not allllll about us, but Timothy peeking around to cheers Ollie just melllllllts meeeeee!!
I spent most of my time making sure he didn’t shout loud questions during the ceremony and helped him so he could eat and drink as cleanly as possible. He still may have spilled my glass of champagne down the front of my dress but this was really, truly a top 10 favorite memory for me!!
Then Nate took them around the Wish for portraits. <3
Waaaaay too many favorites, so more coming on part two! <3
