It’s not often that we photograph escape weddings at Walt Disney World. These intimate weddings are always so special, and I’m amazed at how much Megan was able to fit in this four hour day!
I’m not gonna lie- I was really excited to shoot this wedding because of Chance’s name! My family dog was “Chance,” and so I had warm fuzzies every time I’d see their names coming up in my planner. :) Chance was everything I’d hoped he’d be, so full of love and life and complete adoration for his gorgeous wife. As soon as we stepped into Megan’s room and saw her details, wedding ensemble, and those bright red lips, I truly felt like I was photographing Daisy Buchanan herself. <3
Nate left me with Megan while she put on her final touches to go meet with Chance, and when editing their photos, I was tickled that they read their letters to each other at the *exact* same time! <3

Megan’s sweet dad broke his foot just before their wedding. Luckily, her two dapper brothers took his place to escort her down the aisle, and her father was still able to give her away. <3

The Whitehall Patio at the Grand Floridian Convention Center is my favorite reception spot for escape weddings (when the weather is nice out, anyway!) I couldn’t get enough of all this liiiiiiiight! :)
