Seeing as Deborah and Ales were married last weekend (!!!!) and their wedding preview post will be going up in the next week or so, I thought it’s probably a good time to share my favorites from their engagement session around Rollins College Campus. It felt like it’d been forever since we’ve shot around there! :)

It was a long shot, Erin thought. She and Brendan planned their 5 year anniversary trip to the beautiful Banff, Canada. Still, she reached out to see what the chances were of us doing an anniversary session with them during their trip.
Oh, and Brendan didn’t know- Our shoot would be Erin’s gift to him!
Well, wouldn’t you know, the stars aligned and we were already planning to be in nearby Seattle days before their visit, so we were actually able to make it happen. :)
Erin and Brendan got to the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise after a long day of traveling, and we thought it would be best to get the surprise part out early so we didn’t have to worry about bumping into them around the hotel. Erin texted us every chance she could, telling Brendan that she was writing her parents. They grabbed a table for a late dinner, we headed down, and we will never, ever, ever, ever forget Brendan’s reaction when we showed up!!
The next morning was our session, and I’m so, so, so in love with these photos and this couple. Happy five, friends! <3
