Jenna + Liam : Disney’s Animal Kingdom Wedding Part I

It was a total surprise. Jenna received a message on Disney Company letterhead instructing her to report to Disney’s Boardwalk Inn for a magical moment. She assumed it had to do with her birthday later that week and headed to Sea Breeze Point. Jenna’s closest friends and family were waiting for her there, along with Liam, who asked if she was ready for the “next generation” of their lives together, along with a ring box made out of a custom Magic Band box, and painted bride and groom Magic Bands. It was one of the most thoughtful, creative proposals I’ve ever heard, and I cannot even imagine these two Disney obsessed cast members beginning their life together any other way. Talk about a small world moment- I find out Jenna’s family and her bridesmaids are all from Winnetka, Illinois, and with some quick detective work, find out they all went to high school with my cousin, Jamie. What are the chances?!

I can’t believe we got the fabulous Patricia LeJeune in a photoooooo! (Haven’t booked your hair and make-up artist yet? Stop what you’re doing and book her here!)

Emily + Chad : Disney Boardwalk Inn Sea Breeze Point Wedding and The Attic Reception Part II

We left Sea Breeze Point and headed to The Attic for Emily and Chad’s wedding reception! :)

After their reception, Nate and I headed out for some more photo time with this crew, and it was awwwwwwful. ;)

Emily + Chad : Disney Boardwalk Inn Sea Breeze Point Disney Wedding Part I

First off, please remember that Nate and I are still technically out of the office!

I get a lil’ antsy if nothing hits the blog for a week, so I thought I’d break the silence with Emily and Chad’s beautiful wedding, which happens to be a two part-er! Emily and Chad live up north and came down for the most beautiful wedding. Emily has been visiting Walt Disney World since she was a baby, and she and Chad took their first vacation together here, too, so what better place for their wedding?

In their first email, they said they wanted bright, cheerful, fun wedding photos, so hopefully we delivered! :)

I think this may have been the single most touching thing I’ve ever seen at a wedding- In 1949, Chad’s great-grandma wrote a letter to her daughter (Chad’s grandma) on her wedding day. In 1971, his grandma in turn wrote to her daughter, when Chad’s parents got married. And then in 2014, Chad’s Mom wrote a letter to Emily. Just the sweetest- Brides, take note! :)
