Keiko : Grand Floridian Family Portrait Session

Keiko, her mom, aunt, and grandma came to Disney for a girls trip, and I’m so glad they asked us to come photograph Miss Keiko! <3

Hands down, the cutest part of the session was Keiko initially freaking out when we put her on the grass. Her grandma said it’s been non-stop snow at home practically since she was born, so the grass was so foreign to her- She might as well be walking on the moon! Lucky for us, Keiko was good standing still on it after a while, and with the right mix of crazy aunt making her giggle and just the right amount of snacks to bribe her with, I think we came away with some downright adorable photos. <3

Heather + Michael : Sea Breeze Point Wedding + Epcot Italy Reception

Heather and Michael met over 12 years ago at work. They lost touch, and nearly a decade later, he saw her profile on Match.com and they’ve been together ever since!

Their ceremony was at the Boardwalk Inn’s Sea Breeze Point, and reception was a first-ever for us at Italy Isola. :) We also photographed this wedding just a few short days after moving into our new home. It was the perfect break from cardboard boxes and boxes and boxes!

Any wedding that starts with sparkly Kate Spade shoes is a win in my book. :)

Even more a win when Patricia LeJeune is on hand for hair and make-up. :)

Michael’s daughter stole the show as flower girl. Look at that dressssssss! She was in great spirits despite the fact that until that week, she thought *she* was the bride!

I think this may be my all time favorite image from the Boardwalk Inn- So iconic. <3

This was our first night ceremony at Sea Breeze Point. I loved the draping they brought in and that chandelier!

Spencer : Grand Floridian Family Session

Once upon a time, we photographed Katie and Jason’s wedding in Ohio!

Katie and I worked together in Fantasyland so she comes back to Orlando pretty often. This was Spencer’s second trip to Disney, and our first time meeting her! It took us quite a while to line up a date that worked for both of us, and even though I’m bummed the weather didn’t exactly work out in our favor, I love the photos we came away with. :)

Faaaaaaaavorites. :) Katie, I loved watching you as a momma!

Miss Spencer, we so loved meeting you, and hope to see you again next year! :)

Sheelagh + Shayne : Lake Buena Vista Orlando, Florida Wedding

It’s been an embarrassingly long time since their wedding (like, a year!) and I’ve still neglected to blog these two! Unacceptable. Friends, meet Sheelagh and Shayne, quite possibly the sweetest couple we’ve ever met. When we arrived on their wedding day, they had gifts for us from Canada, and even brought the coolest jacket for Huck! We were living in Nashville and he got some great use out of it!

From their first inquiry, Shayne told us, “We laugh louder, smile more, and love life during our trips to Walt Disney World, and we want to share that experience with our friends and families.” I love that so much and love these two more than I can say. :)

This is Claire, the coolest kid I’ve ever met. We had full on conversations over which Disney princess is best, and her concerns with kids watching all these animated movies where the parents die (Frozen had recently come out.) My favorite Claire story was one Sheelagh told us- She and Shayne took her to meet Belle, whom she had also met the night prior. Claire took one look at Belle and asked if she got enough sleep, because she looked so tired compared to their last meeting. That poor face character, but what a story! ;)

Oh my goodness, I love these two. <3

From their Sea Breeze Point ceremony, it was off to a Boardwalk Inn ballroom reception. <3

And then, Sheelagh and Shayne surprised their guests with an Epcot dessert party! They took my favorite wedding day transportation- A Friendship Boat! <3
