Alexis + Rich : Orlando Florida Wedding

The morning after Katy and Nick’s wedding, we were on a plane to Orlando to photograph Alexis and Rich’s wedding the next morning. I told you wedding season has been a bit crazy! :)

This wedding was so colorful and happy. Alexis was so inspired by Erin and Rick’s wedding on our blog a few years back and added some of the same touches to her wedding day. I loved so many things about this wedding, but maybe these two details most of all! It’s so rare that we see a tea length wedding dress, and check out that bouquet!! Tara at Green Cycle Designs on Etsy made that out of recycled park maps!!

Fun fact : Flower girls are the best at putting on a bride’s shoes because they’re closer to the ground. ;)

Katy + Nick : Blackstone Country Club Wedding in Peoria, Arizona Preview

Nate and I have been traveling fools this wedding season! It’s always exciting to be brought out for a wedding in a state we’ve never visited before, but most especially when said wedding is for a dear family friend. :)

Katy is the *third* bride in her family that we’ve photographed, the first being her sister, Brooke, and the second being her sweet mother. Honored doesn’t even begin to describe it! Katy and Nick were married in Peoria, Arizona at the gorgeous Blackstone Country Club. Katy booked this venue while she was still living in Florida and unable to see it in person, and she lucked out that it was even more gorgeous in person than in photos!

Jenn + Kevin : Italy Wedding and Orlando Reception

Oh, these two. <3

Jenn has followed our work since the good ol’ Carrie and Patrick days. She even spotted us once in Hollywood Studios but was too shy to say hello (so silly!) and let us know in an early Who-Are-You blog post that she was years out from having a wedding of her own, but hoped to someday book us.

Well, that day finally came and I’m so happy Jenn followed through and let us tag along for her and Kevin’s big day! :) They sent their inquiry one whole day after getting engaged- Those are the best kind of inquiries!! They met at a friend’s birthday party while in college and have been inseparable ever since- Pretty much the same story as me and Nate!

We’re so excited to finally share our favorite photos from a favorite wedding of 2014. Enjoy! :)

Jessica + Alex : Orlando Wedding
