Tanya + Barlow : Orlando, Florida Wedding

March 18, 2017 by Jensey 1 Comment

Hey hey hey, it’s Tanya and Barlow’s blog preview daaaaay! <3

These guys are from New Orleans, and I love that they had an Orlando wedding during Mardi Gras! I was so excited to tell Tanya about my favorite store in New Orleans, Kawaii Nola (go check it out if you’re in the area!), and it turned out she’s already a frequent shopper!! It was such a fun thing to bond over on her wedding morning- My best girl Jennifer’s best friend is the owner. :)

Tanya first reached out to us September of 2015- It feels like a lifetime ago! These lovebirds met online, and my favorite story about them was that their first meeting was supposed to be a casual lunch, but turned into a 10 hour first date day! Their wedding day was so fun and colorful (and any wedding that includes a nod to to Small World is a winner in my book!) Laura Reynolds Artistry was on hand to make sure Tanya looked and felt her best, and the wedding planner was our pal Amy!

Tanya and Barlow, we’re thrilled to show you some favorites from your wedding day- We hope you love these photos as much as we loved taking them!!

After their first look, it was off to the Boardwalk for their ceremony!

Miss Chancey was a dream of a flower girl. :)

Then it was off to the California Grill for their wedding reception! :)

Loved their “guest book!”

Ended the night the best way we know how- Illuminations love! <3

Tanya and Barlow, thank you for the super fun day!!! :)

Veronica + Greg : Orchid Garden Wedding in Downtown Orlando Part I

February 19, 2017 by Jensey Leave a Comment

I knew the second I met Veronica that I was going to somehow convince her to be my new best friend.

That’s not creepy at all… Right?! ;)

Veronica is pure sunshine in human form. It’s impossible to not laugh when she’s around; she truly lights up every room she’s in. Oh… And she also happens to be our someday Mary Poppins whenever our adoption dream finally comes true! :)

We knew Veronica and Greg were a special couple and that their wedding day was going to be amazing when she started talking about having a ball pit at her reception. I mean… This was a bride after my whole heart! Even though that never came to pass, every bit of their day was so “them.” From the coloring book-style ceremony programs to their dueling pianos reception, I can’t imagine anything different for these two. Ok, except maybe adding that ball pit! ;)

And SO, without further ado, thank you Veronica and Greg for being so patient… Enjoy your wedding preview!!!!!!!!!!

Something old, something new, and glittery Kate Spades for your shoes! <3

Caaaaaaaaaan you tell she was a little bit excited? ;)

I loved her first look with her sweet father! <3

Loved these faces! :)

VERONICA. You were STUNNING!!!

She also requested a “first look” with the two boys she’s nannied since they were babies! :) (Click Read More to see these adorable photos!)

Veronica + Greg : Orchid Garden Wedding in Downtown Orlando Part II

February 19, 2017 by Jensey 3 Comments

Continued from Veronica and Greg’s Wedding Part I! :)

When Greg and Veronica chose their wedding date ages ago, they had no idea downtown Orlando would be flooded with people for the Pro Bowl. Poor Veronica had her heart set on newlywed photos around Church Street, which ended up being flooded with some very colorful characters! They were both great sports about it, and I still love what we walked away with! :)

Veronica’s mom is an amazing singer who serenaded her daughter with “The Way You Look Tonight.” <3

My favorite part of the evening though was when Veronica’s brother took to the piano and sang a duet he wrote to sing with his mom to the tune of “Matchmaker” from Fiddler on the Roof! :)

The dueling pianos were such a fun hit! :)

An adorable young man even requested “Baby It’s Cold Outside!”

Nooooo one was happier about the individual wedding cakes than this little bug! :)

Veronica and Greg, we hope you love the photos as much as we loved taking them- I know this is only the beginning of our friendship! :)
