Jessica and Alicia were our first-ever lesbian wedding! Nate and I are so excited that we finally have more same-sex couples to add to our new wedding portfolio site (coming soon, promise- just have to finish those gosh darn bios!) Their whole day was stunning start to finish, and full of such love and adoration for this wonderful couple.

We had Jessica step out so Alicia’s mom and sister could help her get dressed, then Jessica’s mom and sister helped her, and we did their first look at the Grand. :)

This was something we’ve neeeeeeever seen happen at a ceremony- Alicia’s poor momma stepped on Alicia’s veil after the hand-off!

If that wasn’t bad enough, it happened to Jessica after she walked down, too!!!!

I love that they both had a sense of humor and laughed it off with their guests! :)

The *only* reason I can stomach Nate’s precarious shooting positions (like the one on the right), is because he ends up catching gorgeous moments like the one on the left!
