Tanya + Barlow : Orlando, Florida Wedding

March 18, 2017 by Jensey 1 Comment

Hey hey hey, it’s Tanya and Barlow’s blog preview daaaaay! <3

These guys are from New Orleans, and I love that they had an Orlando wedding during Mardi Gras! I was so excited to tell Tanya about my favorite store in New Orleans, Kawaii Nola (go check it out if you’re in the area!), and it turned out she’s already a frequent shopper!! It was such a fun thing to bond over on her wedding morning- My best girl Jennifer’s best friend is the owner. :)

Tanya first reached out to us September of 2015- It feels like a lifetime ago! These lovebirds met online, and my favorite story about them was that their first meeting was supposed to be a casual lunch, but turned into a 10 hour first date day! Their wedding day was so fun and colorful (and any wedding that includes a nod to to Small World is a winner in my book!) Laura Reynolds Artistry was on hand to make sure Tanya looked and felt her best, and the wedding planner was our pal Amy!

Tanya and Barlow, we’re thrilled to show you some favorites from your wedding day- We hope you love these photos as much as we loved taking them!!

After their first look, it was off to the Boardwalk for their ceremony!

Miss Chancey was a dream of a flower girl. :)

Then it was off to the California Grill for their wedding reception! :)

Loved their “guest book!”

Ended the night the best way we know how- Illuminations love! <3

Tanya and Barlow, thank you for the super fun day!!! :)

Alexis + Rich : Orlando Florida Wedding Photographer

March 8, 2016 by Jensey 4 Comments

Alexis and Rich take bi-yearly trips to Walt Disney World with best friends for Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival, so it only made sense for their wedding to take place then, too! They both love photography but are hardly in photos together.

This was one of the happiest, most colorful weddings we’ve ever been a part of. Alexis was completely inspired by Erin and Rick’s colorful wedding (read about that one here!), and used a lot of the same simple elements to make a big, colorful impact, like the tissue paper pom poms and streamer exit. :)

And this little girl… I’ve never seen a more eagerly helpful attendant!!

I looooooooove when family members get ordained to perform wedding ceremonies. Doesn’t get more personal and heartfelt than that! :)
