Ashton + Nick : Disney Winter Wedding

It was a college meet-cute: one night during finals, Ashton needed a break from studying. She drove to a friend’s house at a nearby college, but she wasn’t the only one with that idea! Nick was there to escape studying, too. :)

One proposal in front of Walt Disney World’s Cinderella Castle later, and it was time to get to planning that dream wedding!

Lianna + Bryan : Disney’s Wedding Pavilion Ceremony and Epcot Reception

IT IS HAPPENINGGGGG!! First blog post of the yearrrrr!!! *blows dust off blog*

First meeting on an app called MeetMe, Lianna and Bryan’s first messages began in the summer of 2016 and they haven’t stopped since. It was on a cruise with their families where Bryan caught Lianna completely by surprise and proposed at a beautiful restaurant. Lianna and Bryan were married at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion and then partied at Epcot’s American Adventure Rotunda, and they were the sweetest way to kick off our 2024 wedding season! :)

The morning began at Disney’s Coronado Springs Gran Destino Tower, one of our favorite getting ready locations. :)

Amelia and Schuyler : The Oldest House Wedding in St. Augustine, FL Part I

My littler sister was a bride. My little sister is a wife!

It seems unfathomable, mainly because this is how I will remember her forever and ever. It’s how I remember all 3 of us, actually. I was going to post an embarrassing childhood photo of her to open this blog post but decided since she IS a Root bride, to not be mean and single her out. Instead, I’ll throw all of us under a bus. But hey, look how skinny I was! And fanny packs came back this year, right? So nothing to be ashamed of here. Moving on! <3

Thank you to our vendor friends for taking such good care of my little sister. From being treated like royalty while finding her dress at Solution’s to Jim keeping her dance floor packed, it was such a wonderful feeling knowing she was in such good hands. :)
