Abby + Ethan : Rainy Disney Wedding

October 5, 2024 by Jensey Leave a Comment

Abby and Ethan heard about us our favorite way: from past Root couples! :)

They met each other in college and are both Disney people- after frequent visits to Orlando and Disney, they knew exactly where they wanted to get married! :)

While we wish on wedding days we could take control of the weather, we can’t. But days like Abby and Ethan’s make us beyond grateful for the clients we attract; I’m convinced Abby’s smile couldn’t be any bigger, downpour or not!!

Abby had some of her mother’s wedding details on hand which made for some extra special detail photos. :)

When you’re staying in one of the new Grand Floridian rooms, make sure you look for the hidden penguin in the light fixture! :)

We loooooove a first look, especially when our couple exchanges private vows. <3

Two of Disney Weddings’ finest testing out lighting for us! <3

Each seat had one of these special cards written by the bride. <3

Abby and Ethan, thank you for letting us be a part of such a special day!! <3

Ashley + Jeremy : Disney Fairy Tale Wedding Part I

September 23, 2024 by Jensey 1 Comment

Ashley grew up in a Disney family always dreaming of a ceremony at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion when the monorail drove past. Jeremy may not be a Disney person, but he’s an Ashley person, so he was happy to help her dream come true. <3

You may remember from our post last week that Jeremy proposed at the Grand Floridian; Ashley thought she was going to dinner with a friend, but Jeremy popped out and surprised her with a ring- and her family! :)

Venue | Disney’s Wedding Pavilion, California Grill, and Terrace des Fleurs
Planner | Arielle of Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings + Honeymoons
Coordinator | Catherine Martell
Beauty | Stacie Otto
Officiant | Valerie Tucker
Floral Designer | Disney Floral
Wedding Dress | Bridal Gallery of Orlando
Groom Attire | Men’s Warehouse
Invites | JLB Papery

Ashley was one of the most prepared brides we’ve ever had; she even brought in this beautiful, huge mirror for her getting ready photos. :)

Mother/ daughter goals right here. <3

The biggest surprise of the day? Ashley had no idea her parents booked her Cinderella’s Coach. The ponies started pulling up and Ashley sighed, “oh, they must be off to someone’s wedding.” I lovedddddd the moment she realized they were there for HER!

Hannah + Alex : Orlando Fairy Tale Wedding

Wedding Venues | Disney’s Wedding Pavilion, Italy Isola, and American Adventure Rotunda
Wedding Planner | Brooke of Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings and Honeymoons
Beauty | LeJeune Artistry
Entertainment | Tony Alonso
Videography | Perfect Sky Productions

Once upon a time, Alex and Hannah met on Hinge. <3

Their first date may have been less-than-ideal (Alex was 45 minutes late, Hannah had to leave early, both due to dog emergencies!), but thankfully things only got better from there! They had a Christmas Eve proposal, complete with their parents, and Hannah started planning the Disney wedding of her dreams! :)

My favorite part of their wedding day was that Alex surprised Hannah with an upgraded wedding band… at the altar! Scroll down for her amazing reaction! :)
Hannah and Alex, let’s do it again, ok?! <3
