Kirsten + Walter : Disney Saratoga Springs Engagement Session
Kirsten and Walter are from a small town in Florida and even though they went to high school together, they didn’t meet until years later. Walter was a month away from moving to Chicago when they met, but they knew they had something special, and it only took one year of a long distance relationship before Kirsten moved to Chicago as well. One year later and they missed the sunshine state way too much and knew it was time to come home. Walter proposed at Victoria and Albert’s, and we’re so excited for their wedding this weekend!! :)
These are a few of my favorites from their engagement session around Disney’s Saratoga Springs, a resort that’s extra special to these two. I loved the autumn-y feeling that some of these photos gave, and we had so much fun getting to know Kirsten and Walter around a resort that we don’t frequent too much. Wedding photos to come next! <3
Deanna + Michael : Disney Cruise Line Wedding on the Disney Dream
Destination weddings are always an adventure, but that increases 10 fold when it’s on a Disney Cruise.
We were thrilled when Deanna and Michael asked us to join them on board to document their wedding! This was our second wedding to shoot on the Disney Dream, the first being Krystal and Ben’s. Krystal’s ceremony took place on Castaway Cay, but this was to be our first wedding in the atrium of the Disney Dream. It was absolutely stunning!
The best part about this wedding were the people getting married. Deanna and Michael became quick friends, and their families welcomed us with open arms! Deanna’s family has cruised more times than they could count, and a large majority of their guests were friends they’ve made while on Disney cruises!
Nate and I were able to photograph their legal ceremony while the boat was docked at Cape Canaveral, and then shot their welcome party too. <3
Fact : I could photograph wedding details in the Roy Disney suite every day of the week and twice on Sunday. <3
These shoe photos!!! <3
Deanna, you were STUNNING.
Michael didn’t look so bad, either!
First look on Deck 4, my favorite!. <3
So. Many. Favorites. <3

Then it was off to the D Lounge for cake and champagne! <3
