Jamie + Seth | Disney Christmas Wedding

My favorite story about Jamie and Seth :

Two years into dating, Seth knew it was time to propose. He had the perfect location in mind; a spot along the waterfront. Due to so much rain, it ended up being way too muddy for the moment and he quickly switched to a Plan B: proposing in front of a fountain at Belle Isle Park. It wasn’t until they called Jamie’s grandparents to tell them about the proposal that they found out Jamie’s grandparents got engaged at that *same* fountain 57 years prior. If that’s not meant to be, I don’t know what is! ✨

This wedding was love-at-full-size-Christmas-tree-in-the-getting-ready-suite for me!!

How is it Thanksgiving week?!?

Next year marks our TWENTIETH year of photographing weddings. 20!!!!!! We are filled with all the love and gratitude for the couples who have invited us into their lives and families.

One of the couples we’re most thankful for this year is Stephanie and Brandon. Not only could I look at these photos for *days* to relive the magic, but Stephanie ended up playing a huge part in another business I started this year: Odin Ollie Travel! For the past couple years, I’ve been a travel advisor for Disney destinations, Universal, and most cruises and all-inclusive resorts! This year my dear friend Casi and I started Odin Ollie Travel and we can’t wait to see where things head.

What on Earth does this have to do with the sweet couple below?! We hired Stephanie to do some art work for our new brand. It’s the cutest art you’ve ever seen; head to our website to see for yourself!! ✨

This was a take-you-best-friend-to-work kind of day, from Stacie Otto on hair and makeup to Kimberly from Heart Happy Films on videography!! Stephanie and Brandon are the type of people that make you feel like you’ve known them for years, and their families and friends couldn’t have been kinder. I have *way* too many favorites, so this one is broken into a two-parter. ✨
