Universal Studios : Fun Day

Last December, I did it.

I’m not shy about my lifelong love for all things Disney on this blog, because it really is a huge part of who I am. Last December, however, I did something new.

Yes, there was a dark period of my life after leaving my role at Walt Disney World that I joined the cast at Universal’s Guest Services. I only worked there for a month, but even so, I never got the chance to go to the parks. Can you believe that?! I had free access and tickets for Nate to get in, but since our December was so crazy that year  (and I wasn’t exactly thinking I’d leave so soon), I never had a chance to visit the park as a guest!

So last December, we finally did it… We stepped into enemy territory!

… Which is, let’s face it, down-right adorable!

I also discovered my new favorite restaurant in Orlando. Eating in a CAVE?! Sushi made from RICE CRISPIES?! Mythos, you win. Big time.

*Swooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon!*

We were also able to see two shows of How the Grinch Stole Christmas where we took some photos of our pretty friend, Cindy Lou Who!

Snoooooow!

I think Cindy Lou was happy to see us. :)

I would love this job. :)

Favorite Things!

So, after feeling things out, I may not do Jensey’s Favorite Things every month, so you’ll have to keep an extra close eye out on the blog. ;) That being said, November gets a good one!

As you should have seen by now, November was “Family Month” on the blog! You’ve met our families in our Photo of the Week spotlights and seen a handful of the gorgeous families we’ve gotten to photograph this year. So, this month’s Favorite Things giveaway is a family session with the Roots! :)

Now for some stipulations:

+ All entries must be from people we have not photographed before. New faces only! :)

+ Photo shoot must take place in 2011 based around our availability.

+ Photo shoot must take place in Nashville, Memphis, or Orlando!
