I refuse to believe it’s been six years since Carly and Kyle’s wedding day!
It’s always fun catching up with past couples and watching their families grow, but this time felt so different! I’ve been following Carly’s blog religiously since she became a mother. I read every word of her in-depth post about Eva’s incredible (and slightly terrifying) birth story, already knew the origins of her children’s names, cried reading about Eva’s first ER trip after an allergic reaction to peanuts, and swoon with every tea party and zoo trip Carly takes with her kiddos. Because I follow along with this family’s daily life, I didn’t feel like I was meeting her kids for the first time, instead, I felt like I was meeting two little celebrities!
You can read Ever Clever Mom (Carly’s blog) here if you’re remotely interested in cute kids but most especially if you’re also raising a kid with severe food allergies. You can find a link to her other blogs here, which of course includes Magical Day Weddings, a blog about Disney weddings!
We met Carly, Kyle, Eva, and Calvin at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, and it was our first time shooting here. :)
Oh, how I wanted to take Eva home with me!!!! We knew the shoot was a success when at the end of our session, Eva asked if we wanted to live in their hotel room with them. <3
FAVORITE.
Second favorite. :)
Carly, thank you so much for letting us document your first trip to Walt Disney World as a family of four. Lunch after next time!!! :)

I’ve been waiting for this post since you posted the preview on Instagram! I’ve been following all Carly’s blogs too for what feels like forever, and that made this session all the better. Fantastic all around!

Carly was one of the wonderful people I met online when we were wedding planning and I’ve been following her adventures from her first blog post onward. I love watching her family grow and I love how you captured the fun they were having at WDW. Eva and Calvin are so big now! I carried a floppy Calvin last year and now he’s almost as tall as I am! LOL These are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing! <3

You guys, I love them!!! I’m not surprised that they’re beautiful since you know I love your work but I hope you know how cherished these will be in the Morgan household. It was great to catch up and we definitely want a longer visit next time!
PS – thank you for the links!
