Five years ago, I took some family photos on the beach for Nate’s family. At the time this photo was taken, we’d just passed our first year of being in business, the kids were soooo tiny, Nate and I were excited for our upcoming wedding that December, I couldn’t imagine life being any more busy / stressful, and we had four years of dating under our belt.
Now, Root Photography will soon be celebrating its 7th year of business, the kids are HUGE, we’re so happy we canceled the wedding and eloped, I can’t imagine life being any more busy / wonderful, and we have nearly five years of marriage under our belt. I can’t wait to see what the next 5 years bring!<3

Time flies! Look at how much you’ve accomplished and how much everyone has grown in the past 5 years! The Roots are a beautiful family and I can’t wait to see the business and family continue to grow. :D
