Tiffany and Christian are high school sweethearts who met while skipping school one day. :)
When they first contacted us about photographing their wedding, they didn’t have a venue nailed down yet and we were more than happy to suggest some of our favorite spots. I love that they chose the Maitland Art Center, which is such a special spot for me and Nate, and this was our first time shooting a wedding there!
There’s something special about this venue, from the mossy trees to the hidden outdoor chapel, and Tiffany and Christian made it even more awesome with their unique touches to the day.
Love, love, love that dress!
Tiffany and Jimmy made sure every part of their wedding represented them, and their ring box was no different…
… See? <3
Tiffany even had little boxes for their vows! :)
During the ceremony, these little guests read Love Monkey with some visual aids. :)
Sealing their marriage with a secret handshake they’ve had for 15 years? FAVORITE.
Instead of a petal toss, they high-fived their guests on the way down the aisle. :)
Oh yeah- THEY HAD FOOD TRUCKS! :)
After the wedding, Tiffany and Jimmy joined their guests for an evening at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! :) Tiffany and Jimmy, your personalities are infectious and we’re so lucky to have gotten to spend the day with you! :)

So many great ideas!!!! Where to begin??? Man, I loved the hollowed out HP books and their vow holders. I love the secret handshake and high five recessional. The visual aids were adorable and a good truck too? The levels of awesomeness here are at an all time high!

The HP ring box gets me every time. I am still beyond obsessed and take it upon myself to show this picture to any and everyone who even utter the words Harry Potter =)
Beautiful wedding!

Looks like this wedding was a lot of fun and great photography! Do you know where the bride got the little heart shaped boxes for the wedding vows?

I saw the Malatesta wedding photos and have seen other weddings on Facebook. I hope you are still doing weddings when my son gets married. (Although he has no plans or evena serious girlfriend, but a Mom can hope!!!)
