January brings not one, not two, but three Orlando trips. Luckily for us, our little navigator is a road trip veteran. :)

When I first met Anna I didn’t even know it- Nate and I were at Space Mountain when I asked a cast member a question and she later tweeted at me. :) Fast forward a few months and Anna’s writing us, asking us to photograph her wedding! There are so many reasons to love these two, but the biggest reason I’m looking forward to their wedding is that it’ll be our first at Orlando’s Bella Collina! I’ve wanted to photograph a wedding there for years, and Anna and Rob are the perfect first couple!

We photographed their engagement session around downtown St. Augustine, where Rob proposed. :)

Yeah, they’re super tough to photograph. ;)

Behind St. Augustine’s Chianti Room, where they got engaged. :)

See you this fall, friends!! :)

Mysti and John’s wedding was a true “small world moment” for us. Nate and John were friends at UCF, and John ended up proposing to the sister of a past Root bride! You may remember their Winter Park engagement session, which featured their ever-adorable fur child. The single best start to the day was being greeted by this familiar face upon arrival to the Dr. Phillips House! :)

First look out in the courtyard. :)

Then it was off to the Ballroom at Church Street for our first-ever wedding ceremony there!

Can you believe a wedding venue like this exists in downtown Orlando?! You can read more about the history of Church Street Station here. :)

Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaavorite! :)

Just hanging out in the cab, waiting for their driver to punch their destination in his GPS. ;)

Mysti and John, thank y’all so much and we hope to see you again! :)

I know he loves me because for every bit I wanted, wished, and hoped for my own leg lamp, he did not. And yet, with no complaining, and only a little embarrassment, he let me proudly display it in our front window. And I love him a million times more for it. :)
