May : Revisited

May 31, 2011 by Jensey Leave a Comment

In case you missed one of my favorite posts from this month, here’s a quick recap:

We kicked things off with our first downtown Nashville engagement session.

We shared Nikki and Michael’s romantic proposal story at the Polynesian.

Adriana and Stephen’s wedding at the Courtyard at Lake Lucerene was nothing short of charming.

Victoria and Jack’s wedding at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion was the stuff dreams are made of!

Their day ended with a bang… Literally!

We introduced you to the cutest triplets on the planet…

… And I held a baby. :)

Last but not least, we shared our second ever maternity session with the gorgeous Lauren!

Gwen + Todd : Preview

May 30, 2011 by Jensey 8 Comments

We’ve done so many weddings at the Grand Floridian that it blew my mind when Nate snagged this shot for the first time- I officially think the lobby is prettiest when looking up! :)

Gwen’s siblings were uh-dorable. We really hope to photograph the other three weddings in the coming years! :)

Gwen’s gown was one of my all-time favorites- So elegant. :)

Our bride’s one shot request- Todd helping her out of the carriage. :) Love the monorail in the back!

My favorite. :)

Gwen and Todd, thanks for being such a pleasure to work with! :)

Inspiration Board : Garden Wedding

May 26, 2011 by Lorie 3 Comments

As the warm days of summer approach, what better way for a bride to cool down than in a short dress? Imagine tearing up the dance floor at your reception in this tea length beauty from Priscilla of Boston.  With no train, you’d be free to bust moves that would have made MJ proud.  I’m also loving the butterfly bouquet from Martha Stewart.  With step by step instructions, this DIY bouquet is pretty easy to make for a crafty bride.  The only problem is to toss or to keep? ;)

Vineyard Style Wedding Gown by Priscilla of Boston, Butterfly Bouquet from Martha Stewart, Les Tropeziennes Pumps from Yoox, BHLDN Wedding Veil, Striped Silk Dress by Lilly Pulitzer, Wedding Sign from Kaitlyn and Tony’s Wedding
