Today is one of those silly milestones that might not seem like much, but it’s a pretty big deal for me.

This is my 1000th blog post. 1000, you guys!!

We wanted to do something fun to commemorate it, so here we go! Years ago we did a session giveaway and loved the response. It actually led us to meeting one of our favorite families, one of the daughters eventually becoming our wedding assistant for a while! :)

So maybe you’ve been putting off booking that family photo session. Or you want to see my cute husband climb a tree. Maybe it’s been 10 years since your wedding and you haven’t been in front of the camera since. We want to hear from you!

Nathanial and I will be giving away one free portrait session* and USB drive (Valued at $700.) All entries must be received by Sunday, July 26th as we will be announcing our winner Thursday, July 30th on the blog.

All you have to do is take a photo of you and whomever else will be photographed and write a little something about why YOU should be in front of our cameras and send your entry to yaygiveaway@rootweddings.com. Your 10 day deadline begins now… We can’t wait to meet you! :)

*Your entry must be received by Sunday, July 26th at 11:59pm EST. The winner will be announced on the blog on Thursday, July 30th. Session date is based on our availability. Session must take place in Central Florida and take place by the end of June 2016 unless otherwise discussed. Must be at least 18 years old to enter. :)
