Emily is the sister of my sister’s best friend. I’m ecstatic for her and Matt’s wedding this November. :)
We photographed their session in Winter Park at Rollins College and Kraft Azalea Park, where we shot as fast as we possibly could to beat the rain!

So excited to share some preview photos of this cute family we had the privilege of photographing last week! I know I’ve mentioned this a few times already, but Nate and I are loving shooting families lately. It can be a really fun break from weddings and engagements, and it really does feel like we’re just playing for an hour! :)

Samantha and Jake are two of the funnest, sweetest people you’ll ever meet and Jake is a HUGE music fanatic. He doesn’t just GO to Bonnaroo, he brings his mom. He and Sam felt like the Orlando Hard Rock Cafe at Universal’s City Walk was the perfect place to hold their wedding and after shooting there, I have to admit- Even though I sort of felt like I was cheating on Disney shooting this one, this venue is awesome.
I love that Nate grabbed this photo of Jake playing on the Hard Rock stage before the ceremony. :)
This place puts the marquee at Disney’s Atlantic Dance Hall to shame!

Pretty sure I was getting yelled at by their DJ for taking this. Even though so many of our couples learn of the private last dance from our blog, DJs don’t seem to know that we like to stick around for the first half of the song to shoot it! Should probably blog about that soon. :)
