I think this may be a new blogging record for me, you guys. We photographed this wedding on Monday, and today (Friiiiiiday!!!!) I am blogging their whole wedding. Not a preview, but the whole. darn. thing. So do I get like a prize, or….?
In all sincerity, one of my many goals for 2015 was to blog events in a (slightly) more timely manner. Right now I blog everything out of order, which will have to continue, but you guys… My blogging queue right now is so embarrassing! There are events from over a year ago that I’m excited to share, but it’s so easy to get behind and then I feel silly blogging an autumn Pennsylvania wedding in the spring, so then I decide to wait ’til next fall, but then sometimes I forget. We also photographed more Disney weddings in the past few months than normal, so I try not to do two Boardwalk weddings back to back, and that gets tricky sometimes. Anyway, you get the picture! We have some wonderful weddings coming your way and while I know I’ll be behind once we move into our house, I’m at least starting the year off on the right foot! :)
Enter Kacie and Preston. Their engagement session was the first in years I missed out on and felt awful, but Nate truly knocked it out of the park and I was so proud of him! (You can read more about that here.) He came home raving about how much he loved these guys and I just knew it’d be a great day, and of course, they didn’t disappoint.
Case in point: One of the best looking ring bearers I’ve ever seen. Look at this guy! I’ll take two, please! ;)
Kacie’s family is big like Nate’s, and watching Kacie with her sisters reminded me of how lucky I am to have my four beautiful sisters-in-law! :)
Kacie, you were a gorgeous bride. :)
Kacie’s dad seeing her for the first time. :)
Oh! Huck’s favorite person in the world, “Aunt Max,” was the wedding planner, so of course the day was over-the-top fun. :)
I loooooove blush on bridesmaids!
Of course, I love that the flower girl insisted on Patch walking down the aisle, too. <3
Kacie and Preston’s expressions when they first joined each other were priiiiiiceless. <3
Oh, Sea Breeze Point. <3
Kacie and Preston’s best man and maid of honor were a married couple and I found that completely adorable. :)
Then it was off to the Living Seas for their reception!
Preston’s mom broke her foot right before their wedding, but it made for one adorable mother son dance! :)
Kacie and Preston, we love you guys and hope to see you again sooooooon! :)

I will ALWAYS support a world in which there are more Root blogs, no matter what order they come in! I can also support a world in which there are delays in blogs because of awesome things like moving into homes or shooting stunning weddings like this one.
What an amazingly lovely couple, and what fun it looks like they had! I especially love seeing all the love on the faces of their friends and family – it seems like a truly special day.

I’m impressed Jensey! That is a record for you to blog a wedding that you shot the same week! Kudos for that! This wedding was so pretty and it looked like a lot of fun. I’m sure they’re over the moon to have pictures of their day already. Thanks for sharing.
