Jenn has been a loyal blog reader for years and years. She’s commented a bagillion times, and even entered both of our portrait giveaways. We became Facebook friends and communicated through “likes” and the occasional comment. After following her love story with Bob since Carrie and Patrick’s wedding, well- When Bob proposed, I felt like a friend had gotten engaged!
I’m so so happy Jenn and Bob brought us up to charming New Hope, PA for their big day. :)
Easily my favorite moment of the day- Bob helping Jenn’s son Jack get dressed for the big day. Jack was SO excited for the wedding, and told anyone who would listen how he couldn’t wait to give his mom away. <3
I’ve been pretty bad at remembering to post mirror shots lately. :/
Jenn and Bob booked us a room at the Centre Bridge Inn a couple nights before the wedding. We later learned that for the first night of our stay, we were the only ones in the Inn. Like… No concierge, no employees, no other guests. I’m so thankful we didn’t know this after seeing photos like this around the property. ;)
Cute first look time!
Another favorite! :)
What you can’t tell by Jenn’s smile in all these photos is how CRAZY cold it was- It even started snowing just a few hours after we took these! Jenn was a total trooper and insisted on not wearing a coat for these photos. Love. My. Brides!
Loooooooooooooooooove knowing guests at weddings. Hi Patrick! :)
Jenn and her daughter Kayla are crazy close. Another favorite! :)
Jenn is as smitten with her niece as I am with my nephews. :)
Ceremony time! I love that Kayla and Jack gave their mommy away. :)
I told you it snowed! :)
Bob’s amazing parents made this wood stand for their “Swiss Family Robinson Cupcake House!”
Jenn and Bob had a lot of Disney touches to their New Hope wedding, one being this Mickey positioned next to the cupcakes. One of my favorite moments of the day was watching their sweet wedding coordinator putting this together all wrong- I walked up and the ears were properly placed, but that bottom tray was flipped upside down! I tried telling her sweetly that the red candies were Mickey’s pants with yellow buttons, but she kept insisting that I was incorrect- That Mickey was in fact wearing a red mask and the yellow dots were his eyes. Bless! I waited till she left to flip Ninja Mickey back around. :)
Another favorite moment of the day was Jenn, Bob, Jack, and Kayla’s family dance to “Life’s a Happy Song” from The Muppets. :)
I used to think my Mom was all-knowing when she could tell I ate something I wasn’t supposed to eat. The more weddings we do and faces like this I see, well… Maybe I wasn’t as sly as I once believed! :)
I had high hopes for our goofy friend Patrick’s dance moves and he did NOT disappoint!
At one point, the dance floor was packed with 15 preteens singing along to the song Shots at the top of their lungs. I’m pretty sure this was when Nate and I decided Bat Mitzvahs will not become our target market anytime soon. ;)
Jenn and Bob, thanks for everything!! We can’t wait to meet your little bean soon! :)
Don’t forget to check out :

Thank you so much! What is your disboard name? Should i know this? I’m awful sometimes!
What a gorgeous wedding! I love the Disney touches and thought it was funny how you “corrected” the Mickey on the table. ;)
I loved Jenn’s bridal attire. I’m a huge fan of polka dots so I loved seeing those on her birdcage veil.
It’s also nice to see familiar faces in your posts. :)
LOVE it! Jenn & Bob’s first look is one of my all-time favorites. I was so honored to be invited to their wedding. Also, I love that you fixed the truffle Mickey—wish I’d known that story when Jenn and I taped her episode of the Disney Wedding Podcast! (http://disneyweddingpodcast.com/2013/05/29/at-home-disney-wedding-spotlight-jenn-bob/)
How do you guys find these amazing brides?! A Swiss Family Robinson Tree House cupcake stand?! COME ON!!! Freaking amazing! Love the photos too!! xoxo
This wedding looked like it was FUN! Love her dress & her daughters dress and, well, everything!
Whew, thanks for fixing the Mickey truffles.
how in the WORLD does a stalker..err… loyal blog reader miss the post about her on may 30??? jeeze! Wow, I can’t even explain how much this meant to me. Your words as always are so thoughtful and beautifully stated. Y’all own our hearts, friendship, and compete and utter devotion forever plus a day. LOLOLOL at the Mickey story! I had no clue! THANK YOU for fixing that. I would have noticed it otherwise, and I was already ticked over stupid food mishaps that night lol.
Speaking of troopers, you two did great! As did Carriatrick! I was so excited it snowed! Thank you again for your sweet offer to give me your shoes, :) I do enjoy telling people about that! No one in our family, even Bobs cynical brother could get over how amazing you two were, or how we met! Our lives truly are fairy tales!
We can’t wait to have you shoot our family next year! Baby bean will be ecstatic to meet nathensey!
All our love and eternal gratitude for truly making our day magical. NO ONE else could have done what you did!
