Kait and Scott’s engagement session was our very last shoot during our busiest week of 2012, and scheduled the day after one of our longest wedding days of the year. I also happened to be more sick than I’d been in all of 2012, practically a zombie sneezing and coughing my way through our weddings and sessions that week. Needless to say, I was so wiped out by the end of our trip and had to sit this one out- The first “work day” I’ve missed in years. I felt just awful, but Kait was so sweet and actually insisted I stay behind.
Nate did so well on his own and really knocked this one out of the park. Working with him has become such second nature for me and I depend on him to perfect poses I set up and finish my sentences- I’m not so sure I could ever do this on my own!
Kait and Scott met at ages 14 and 15, and I think it really shows through with how comfortable they are with each other!
They both work for Southwest and get to go to Walt Disney World every couple months!
Kait, you’re gorgeous!!!
Kait and Scott’s upcoming wedding reception is at the Yacht Club Marina- A first for us! I’m excited. :)
Thank you guys for being so understanding- I’m so excited to meet you soon!!! :)
