Surely you remember April and Josh from their stunning elopement that was a featured wedding on our old site! :) Just incase you don’t remember, here’s the background on these guys: I went to high school with April in Tennessee, and we were ecstatic that they asked us to photograph their elopement. It was their wedding that inspired us to elope. :)<\/p>\n

When we happened to be in New Orleans a couple years ago for an engagement session, April got ahold of us and asked us to shoot some maternity photos. I’m pretty openly squeemish around pregnant bellies (when I’m around pregnant women, I get an uneasy feeling like I’m on the set of a science fiction movie). So after letting her know how I felt, we were able to plan out a maternity shoot that I LOVED photographing<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Well, last year we went back to photograph Ashley and Mark’s New Orleans wedding, we HAD to get in touch with our favorite couple and schedule a family shoot (and finally meet Huxley!). We happened upon this little, perfect alleyway to shoot. We shot there for maybe an hour and a half, and I could not be happier with these photos.<\/p>\n
