I will never, ever forget October 28, 2013: The day Nate and I finally photographed a same-sex ceremony. :)
This is something I’ve been looking forward to since we started shooting weddings. While I’m bummed it took us so long, Wade and Bryce were absolutely worth the wait. I mean, look at these two! <3
To top it off, their ceremony was in Epcot’s Germany Pavilion. The day took place only a couple days after Candice and Jeremy’s, so it was fun to have back to back weddings in our first week back “home!”
Their ceremony was absolutely perfect and we so loved shooting in this pavilion!
Atlantic Dance Hall magic. :)
Wade and Bryce, we hope y’all love your preview and I absolutely cannot wait to share the rest!! <3
Four long years ago, Walt Disney World changed their policy on allowing outside photographers in the parks to photograph ceremonies. While we were able to still shoot gorgeous weddings around the resorts, Nate and I still longed for the day we’d be able to shoot in Epcot again. Lo and behold, the policy was revoked, and we were once again “allowed” in the parks. (You can read more about this in my past blog post here!)
Candice and Jeremy were our first Epcot couple in years, and I can’t imagine a better couple to kick off our return to Epcot. Their ceremony was in the Canadian pavilion, a first for us, and I’m so excited to share some preview photos with y’all! :)
I don’t even have to say “faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaavorite” here because, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I think Nate won wedding photography with this photo. <333333333333
Candice and Jeremy, I hope you love your photos as much as we do!!!!!!
Kait is one of those women who upon first meeting, makes you feel as if you’ve been best friends for years. I wasn’t able to join Nate on their engagement session last fall, but it sure didn’t feel like it from the first hug of the day! :)
Kait and Scott were married at Disney’s Yacht Club gazebo with their reception on the Yacht Club boardwalk. Lucky for us the rain not only stayed away, but the temperature was absolutely perfect!
First dance love!
Kait and Scott, we’re so excited to share the rest of your photos soooon! :)
Oh, December. <3
For the past five years, Nate and I have tried to make a December Walt Disney World trip happen. Each year, either our schedule or budget got in the way, but we ended up celebrating our five year anniversary there. Aside from Nate catching a cold the day before we checked in, everything was absolutely perfect!
Favorite times a million.
A Magic Kingdom trip isn’t complete until we visit my old attractions!
We tried the grey stuff, it’s… Ok. :)
Be still my heart! <3 Jodi Benson for the win!
The best thing about our trip was the view from our room. :) :) Can’t wait to share the rest!
I loved shooting this cute family around Disney’s Boardwalk Inn… Nate and I totally felt like we were on an official Walt Disney World promo shoot!
Matthew and family, thank you for being so patient with these- So many more to come soon!!
