I know, I know, I shouldn’t have favorites.
But these two just melt me. Cynthia and Shane were one of our very first Walt Disney World wedding couples! They were married back in 2008 (which you can read on our old blog here!), and a couple years later, we met them in Celebration for a session with their daughter Violet, who just turned one. Look at her today!! <3
Not to be out-shined, of course, by her spunky little brother, Eli! <3
This was Violet 3(ish) years ago…
… And NOW! :)
Nate winning Eli over with his dance moves!
LOVE. THIS. FAMILY.
Funny story about Eli: Just like 99% of the kids we photograph, Eli really took to Nate. In the middle of the session, Cynthia told him, “Quick! Look at Miss Jensey!” and then, “Ok! Now where’s Mr. Nate?” Eli looked at her and shouted, “NO! That’s Miss Bobbi!” Cynthia corrected my name to him, and then he insisted, “NO! (Points to Nate) Miss Bobbi!” And from then on, we all lovingly referred to Nate as “Miss Bobbi.” :)
Cynthia is such a fun mommy, whether breaking into song with the kiddos or really getting them to ham it up for our cameras! :)
We shot this session last October and I just about melted seeing this family headed out to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! <3
My view and Nate’s. :)
My 100% favorite. Violet, you’re amazing. :)
More faces of Eli! <3
Cynthia, Shane, Violet, and Eli, I so hope you know how much we adore you all!!! Until next time! <3
More Cynthia and Shane Blog Love!
Meet Violet in Celebration! :)
Candice and Jeremy’s wedding marked the first time in years we were able to photograph an Epcot wedding! Epcot weddings are my favorite. Even though Nate and I aren’t really “morning people” with our late night work hours, there’s something exhilarating about getting in the car to photograph a wedding and showing up at the hotel before the sun does. It reminds me of being a kid and getting up at 3am and driving to Walt Disney World in our pajamas.
I love showing up in a hotel room where the bride has been up since 4am, and was too excited to sleep the night before, and so everyone in the room is running on love and adrenaline. And I feel sort of like I belong to a special club- I mean, how many other wedding photographers in the world have a 6am start time on a Wednesday? :)
Been a while since we’ve done a mirror photo! :)
Photo time around the United Kingdom. :)
Candice’s sweet nephew held his hand over his heart, national anthem style, as she walked down the aisle. <3
These next few? Favorite favorite favorite!!
Candice and Jeremy, thank you for letting us play around Epcot with you!! :)
It took flying overseas for an internship and a lucky turn of events ending with these two sharing an apartment for Katie and Dustin to end up together. Dustin proposed to Katie on Christmas, and Katie contacted us soon after to schedule engagement photos. Lucky for us, our January trips lined up and we were able to make something happen! :)
It’s a rare sight to see the gorgeous entrance to the Boardwalk Inn sans buses or taxis!
Morning light at the Boardwalk, you are officially my favorite. Let’s hang out more often, ok?
Katie’s one photo request- They have one just like it from London when they were dating. :)
Katie and Dustin, thanks for the wonderful time. Happy wedding planning!! <3
I would like to re-introduce you to the hilarious Jenn and Bob. So hard to believe that this photo was taken just a year ago…
… Especially when you see what a difference a year makes! :)
We met up with these kids on their annual trip to Walt Disney World! Love these two of Jenn loving on her boys. :)
Some extra love for the newly middle child, Jack (we have to stick together, you know!)
Most loved baby, ever. Jenn mentioned that Kayla wasn’t thrilled with the thought of a new baby when she first found out, but you should have seen these two fight over who gets to hold baby Walt! <3 Luckiest baby brother ever.
Jenn and Bob, we love y’all and can’t wait til next time!!
No babies were harmed in the making of this photo! :)
More link love for Jenn and Bob! <3
